Medically Tailored Meals, 4/20

On April 20th from 2:00 - 3:30 pm, please join us for a presentation by Marydale DeBor of Fresh Advantage, LLC, on her work studying options for next steps in establishing medically tailored meals programs in Vermont as part of the Food in Health Care Network grant at Bi-State Primary Care Association. We will also be joined by Eileen Liponis, CEO of NH Foodbank, who is currently participating in the national Medically Tailored Meals Accelerator Program and will be able to answer questions about her experience.

This session is not an Introduction to MTM Programs - we have produced this short podcast to offer a basic introduction, with links to supporting documents / websites in the show notes. We strongly suggest listening before the session.
