Lamoille Health Partners Food Program
The News & Citizen recently featured food programs at Lamoille Health Partners, a federally-qualified health center providing primary care in Lamoille County. They are expanding work on food access to support better health, with funding provided in part by a Health Rural Hometown Initiative grant designed to reduce cardiovascular disease in rural communities. Part of the initiative will be a new partnership with Meals on Wheels of Lamoille County, and continued collaboration with Salvation Farms on their Bounty Share CSA.
