Northern Border Grants in VT

The Northern Border Region Commission (NBRC) grants are well known to Vermont organizations working on economic and community development in rural Vermont. This year marked the start of a new component of NBRC work — a Health and Human Services track focused on improving rural health care. Bi-State Primary Care Association is honored to be the first recipient of these funds in Vermont. The grant will support ongoing work integrating food access and health care, building on 2020-2021 HRSA-funded network planning work.
