Public Comment for Dietary Guidelines

The U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Agriculture (USDA) have started the process of developing the 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines by releasing the proposed scientific questions for public comment. Comments will be open through May 16th. The next step will be a call for nominations for the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, which will perform a review of the evidence and submit a scientific report to the Secretaries of HHS and USDA.
