MTM Funding Options
The last in the series of handouts developed from our Winter / Spring 2021 study of options for establishing Medically Tailored Meals in Vermont is now available, an overview of sustainable funding options used to reimburse MTMs.
This overview does not address start up funding for initially establishing an MTM program, which we assume to be primarily a grant-based endeavor.
